Hannah Flowers
I am passionate about enabling people to find their own path to healing from trauma and difficult experiences, learning how to care for themselves and understanding themselves better. My warm, empathic approach helps people to feel safe and supported on their journey of healing and growth.
I offer longer term once or twice weekly therapy for more complex needs and/or to work at a deeper level. Standard sessions are 50 minutes and double sessions can be arranged. I also offer shorter term therapy with a focus on a specific single issue.
I am a trained and experienced counsellor, with a BA (Hons) in Integrative-Relational Counselling. I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), one of the leading professional bodies for counselling, and follow their guidelines for ethical practice. I have worked in NHS and agency settings as well as in private practice. I also have experience in delivering therapy online and by telephone.
